The primary bedroom is separated from the secondary bedrooms, there's room to entertain, and everything is on one floor. A feature you appreciate the first time you carry a laundry basket through a two-story house. The oversized garage has room for an extra refrigerator, plumbing for a dog-washing station, and an elevator lift to the massive decked attic. And the lot. The lot is honestly what got us good. Established trees everywhere, a pool tucked into the backyard, space between neighbors, and still right in the heart of Argyle. The goal was to keep the good '90s charm, but update the parts that had enjoyed the '90s a little too long. We love this house. We hope you do too.
